Lesson 154: “I am among the ministers of God.”

This lesson says, “Like earthly messengers, they did not write the messages they bear, but they become their first receivers in the truest sense. receiving to prepare themselves to give.”

The Course gives us the information that we are here to share God’s Love. 

We don’t even have to use the word God if we don’t feel moved to use that descriptor for God.  The important thing is that we remember God is Love and that Love is meant to be shared with all others.  Love is our greatest gift to ourselves and to every one else.  Love is all we need to get through the day.

The messages of Love feed us and we send messages of Love to the masses when we remember how graced we are to be in a synergistic energy with God in that way.  

The Course asks us to realize that our task is to bring love and nothing else beyond that is important.

We are asked to play whatever role that the Holy Spirit deems appropriate for us. 

However we bring love in the world is exactly what God wants for us.

But the important thing in the process is to realize that we must be willing to accept love and forgiveness and our salvation as we  bring it to others. 

We are in this amazing role of bringing love and that means we will need to allow this love and God’s healing energy to go right through us.

We need to hear and accept the messages that we are lovable and that God loves us forever first so that then it is completely settled within us and we can just share it with others around us.  

Our acceptance is what brings this alive in our hearts and minds and this is why it makes all the difference in the world that we do it. 

If we don’t then we will not have aligned ourselves with God’s purpose first and will not be resonating with God if we omit this part of our role.

Nothing is more important than our accepting God’s messages for ourselves because this is the only way for us to be happy.

Also, it is the only way for us to get to that place where the information is within our minds and is totally ready to be shared. 

When we accept these messages ourselves, then, the messages actually become real to us. 

They totally light us up because now we feel them and experience them and we give them life. 

We just need to make sure we are willing to get into the important job of accepting for ourselves.

We often get sidetracked in the world and often forget to tune into taking this in for ourselves.

We forget that we are worthy and valuable enough to make the effort to get our minds aligned with God’s messages and energy. 

Let’s just stay on task.
