Laurie Prez, , Positive Points, I had to simply sit with my exercise routine for a very long time and allow it to fit me in the shape that I am now and overall, I have found I really love exercising because I feel so much better overall, in terms or my physical and emotional and spiritual selves- during and after., It took me a really long time to truly establish a regular exercise routine that I do without fail, Just take the time and effort to get into a happy and centered relationship with our bodies, Remember that the ego can take anything that God has given us in the world and use it to get to God and to use to express our abundance or to use it to throw us off center, Remember to be in relationship with our wellness, The Course reminds us that we are not our bodies and our bodies are unreal but while we are currently living as humans in the world we need to make healthy relationships with our bodies, The ego loves to wreak havoc in our minds and bodies so the ego will take anything even the things that we can also use for good and use them to throw us off kilter, We need to have an established wellness routine that works for us and that we attend to regularly for modification if it feels appropriate, 0
