Laurie Prez, , Positive Points, I just need to be conscious and have my eyes open all the way when I am choosing how much and what kinds of foods., If our comprehensive exercise program us regular then we have so much more benefit to our health and also will have more ease sustaining it, Just realizing that we form our habits while we get to the gym for me is a motivator to get me there and this helps on days I feel resistant to my exercise routine, Once we have enough repeat visits to the gym then going to the gym will get to the point of being like second nature, We also need to formulate amazing healthy habits because this is what sustains us, We want to watch our minds and continually and continually work on becoming more easy grateful forgiving and loving while we take proactive action steps in the world, What we do for our minds and lives are all dependent on doing them regularly, When we establish habits then we are more comfortable with exercise in general and we are more optimally functional, 0
