Lesson 363: “This holy instant would I give to You. Be You in charge. For I would follow You, certain that Your direction gives me peace.”
The Epilogue says, “For it can not be possible to change the course of those whom God has called to Him.” We can relax through this path because God makes it not possible to go elsewhere. God wants us to not stress through our way. God is our destiny and Heaven is the only home made for us. We don’t have to scrape by hoping we will get some goodness along the way. This direct connection with utter peace and ultimate abundance of all desired things is our own true end.
Often we struggle the whole long way and hesitate wondering how it will turn out. The Course teaches us to live constantly in the sense of perfect comfort, knowing God is going to afford us with every last positive addition to our mind’s forgiveness and peace. Furthermore, God is willing to bring us the plenty of our happy dream in our world. God loves us so all we have to do is realize that God is a sure thing. His Love for us is endless and perfectly satiating to whatever our need. We just have to know that God is perfectly willing to give us all perfect solutions to any detected stumbling block. Then we rest in perfect peace because God erases the need for our inner war.
Let’s remember that every instant is holy when we are willing to give God the role of leading. We have moments after moments in life, and so time to keep choosing minute after minute. We can give God our willingness to make the moment holy. When we give God the freedom teach us how to live our moments, then we dedicate moments to God. Thus they become holy. We can allow God to teach us how to live in a sense of certainty and love. When we stop getting in the way of God’s plan, then we can join instead with God’s purpose. When we have this holy purpose we make each moment holy each time interval to the next.
