Laurie Prez, , Positive Points, Feeling our feelings is not difficult and our egos tell us it is- so please start with a substantial belief that we can do it and do it adequately immediately, Feelings are a gift- to be wiling and able to feel them we need to make sure we are eager to do this because it is most beneficial for us, Just remember that we want to feel them because this is a gift and one of the very cool things about being human is that we have these feelings and we have the option of experiencing them, Our open hearts are the way we want to live so we need to watch our minds and see when our egos shut down emotionally and then change our hearts and open them promptly, So this is never optimal- we want to be available to comment with our lived ones and all those we meet- so we need to make sure we are capable of doing this, We need to make sure we ware willing to be open and feel whatever comes up for us, We want to have hearts that are wide open and full of Love- when we have closed hearts we are full of resistance, 0
