Laurie’s Positive Points: Remember to love our bodies whenever they break down

Laurie’s Positive Points:

Remember to love our bodies whenever they break down!

Bodies have all sorts of challenges because they are creations, so they are constantly changing.

Bodies are fallible and have lots of significant issues like various diseases. We need to love our bodies when they have challenges.

Loving our bodies through the complex parts of disease like disease and death is essential to living. Loving our bodies is the way we can enjoy them.

When our bodies break down, we need to step up and bless our bodies and thank them for all the fantastic thigs they do. Our bodies are such magical parts of our existence, so we need to be extra careful we surely remember to love them and appreciate them for all they do for us.

We need to learn to get better at loving our bodies, especially when they break down.

We must learn to forgive our bodes for causing us dismay and chagrin. The forgiveness we can bring to calls for love in the world and then accept our bodies’ challenges is an essential component of the picture.

We need to heal our minds when someone dies and no longer suffer over losing them.

Getting over the loss of one we love is a long process and one we may never recover from entirely.

We need to make sure we are patient with ourselves and forgive that the process of recovering from the loss of someone we love takes longer than we may want it to take.

Offering ourselves patience during the process will make our process feel easier.

Knowing it is ok whenever we get upset again and realize we are in a moving operation of healing, so be extra gentle and loving toward ourselves during the process.

All Love,
