Laurie’s Positive Points:

Do hard things every day.

We need to make sure we engage in life. We must show up every day and do things that are hard for us at least once or at least a few times a day.

Pushing ourselves to perform something difficult is one of the things that keeps our brains active.

Doing difficult things makes us sweat and move to our limits, and this kind of challenge is one of the gifts we have been human. We have our great bodies, these unique tools that we can use to engage and enjoy life.

Being healthy is one of the best ways to prolong life, so we want to use all of our body parts which will keep our minds active if we use them.

We need to use each part of our bodies, minds, souls, and emotional capacity because when used and exercised, each piece of us allows us to keep this particular part active.

We want to be capable of using it more later down the road so that we can participate in all aspects of ourselves later in life and now so we can feel how cool it is to explore our various parts.

We also will likely live longer if we use our different body parts and selves regularly.

We need to do things that will push our limits. When we do, we get stronger in all areas of being alive. Regular challenging activities are the best way to strengthen our minds and brains.
