Laurie’s Positive Points:

 Children are a huge gift but also keep us busy, and they can often be tiring, so just be conscious of how much one’s life changes after they have kids.

I know it trequires so much additional time but it is also a gift to be on a life team with your family and your kids so there will be one more person to care for and look after. We must pay for their financial and practical needs, so be prepared for life to become full of adventure.

It is necessary to make the adventure of having kids something we do not resist, or then we often end up with kids who might rebel or have problems manifesting our inner resistance to having kids, so be sure to tune into this and investigate how we feel about having kids and where we may be resisting.

Then, we can release our resistance to God and the Holy Spirit and instantly remove the problem that has been solved, so we need not suffer over our resistance. Do not initiate suffering about it because if we do, we will feel worse and have more imbalance about it. So be sure to catch it before it intrudes upon our own internal picture. 

Kids are magical and wonderful, and watching how they grow is fantastic.

People with kids also often say how seriously they love their kids, so they may not be aware of their resistance to having kids.

One helpful thing is for everyone to raise awareness of their feelings about their kids. Look for subtle ways that you may express your resistance, and often, with some digging deep.

One can find the subtle ways they resist. Pin these down, and after you do, give them to the Holy Spirit for transformation.
