Miracles Lesson 33

Miracle Lesson 33 There is another way of looking at the world. “

I love how the Course asks us to see the world about us in the world we perceive as outside ourselves and then close our eyes and survey our inner thoughts with the usual casualness. Try to remain equally uninvolved in both.

I always benefit dramatically from the Course’s wisdom regarding staying uninvolved in what I perceive both inside and outside. Uninvolved means I do not suffer or feel any discomfort about the world when my ego perceives the world.

It is superb advice to stay in a relationship with the world that we keep emotionally in check. Therefore, we must initiate allowing our ego to remain balanced.

Remember that the world is unreal, so there is no reason not to suffer from it. Our task is to show up and not have even the slightest amount of upset.

Remember. The Course says there are no minor grievances; they are all equally disturbing to the mind. I am grateful for this wisdom, so I have more clarity about this truth I must process and deal with.

Remember tMy upset knowing the world is unreal is something that always takes me some time to take in and buy into. So, knowing this has slowly been filtering into my consciousness, but on some level, it seems suspicious that this is the case, making believing it harder.
