Laurie’s Positive Points: Be sure to inspect your food.

We want to be friends with our food, so we want to know it well and take the time to get to know them. We need to get to a place with our food where it is a regular thing that we find out the quality of our food.

Sometimes we forget or overlook discerning the quality. We need to see if we do this now or regularly and then change this if we do not.

Sometimes we forget to look at the quality of food. We may look more at the quantity of food and not the quality, so I recommend you do this.

Our food needs to be the best quality that we can find. Sometimes, a person may choose to eat organic food, which is an excellent option if you feel called to do that.

But if you do not want to go the route of organic food, then at least make sure the quality of the conventional food we buy is high.

But if organic foods are too expensive at times, then another option is to check out which stores have high-quality traditional food and frequent them.

Then, we can support the stores with high-quality foods, which helps sustain and perpetuate the store. So this is good to do.

We want to buy food that looks fresh and smells good. Try to cook your foods if you can swing using time and energy on this because the quality of your food will be so much higher.

Or try to buy things fresh instead of prepared if you can manage this.  

 Cooking your food is super when you can do this. Try to buy things that do not have preservatives if you can. The preservatives are full of sugar and chemicals, so avoid them.

Prepared foods in grocery stores are generally full of sugar and additives, so this is more reason for preparing your foods. Cooking can be our goal, and we plan whenever we can accomplish this. 

 Fresh foods are paramount to our feeling great after consuming them, so make sure to take great care to accomplish our getting them.
