Laurie’s Positive Points: Own your perfect health.

I know I sometimes feel at odds with my exercise routine and resist it when I do.

Remember that we design our exercise specifically so we realize its benefits are outstanding, so remember to do this whenever possible. Every day is a good plan because then we will get better at it, and it will be easier to practice.

Remember to be grateful for our exercise so we are at ease. We need to be open and thankful about our weightlifting or aerobic exercise because then we will enjoy it more.

 

 Remember that when we resist exercise, one way to heal is to remember how lucky we are to be able to use our bodies, minds, and spirits.

Our gratitude can be palpable when we allow it to flourish, so be sure to use high-vibration thinking to develop an attitude of gratitude about our exercises. We will enjoy them more when we try to be straightforward about all the required exercises.

Own your excellent health. Walk around all day thinking and acting like we all have abundant excellent health no matter how things seem. We want to feel infinitely blessed because we have ideal health, so we must show up and own our excellent health.

So begin the day with feelings that we are so lucky to have all kinds of ease and abundance regarding our health.

Remember, we can approach our lives with confidence and certainty when we permit our way of ease in our health so we do not linger in frustration.

This idea of owning excellent health is fantastic because it is one way to solve our health problems by walking around with certainty and feeling lovable.

Owning something means that we possess something to access it readily, and we are ready to use it to use our benefits.

Owning seems like something we can do sometimes. Owning something seems like a great way to approach life because we know we have something.
