Laurie’s Positive Points: Remember to be aware of our negativity

Laurie’s Positive Points; Remember to be aware of our negativity.

Negative and positive are polar opposites qualities. We will all have negativity within our minds sometimes and not at others.

Being negative means, we are being critical and judgmental. We make ourselves miserable when we are negative because we feel terrible within.

Being critical and judgmental permanently blocks the flow to our higher Power’s Energy and Essence because it is attack energy. Hence, it is dark and stops the flow with its shadow.

Negativity is one of those things we can forget to notice if we have it. Our egos make us blind to the damage of the negativity, so we go about our business and miss it.

We need to catch it if it requires attention to change. There was so much negativity embedded into my way of thinking.

I had to catch it in my mind and take it and release it to God and the Holy Spirit and surrender it.

Negativity is Important to take the time and effort to change the negativity into positive. Feeling positive is when we have light things to say and on which to focus.

When we are happy and grateful, we can change our minds and change when we have too much negativity.

In my early 20s, I realized that my mind was largely negative generally. I started to find this out, and I was shocked at my thoughts’ negative.

I had to spend a long time in the process of altering them into something positive. I had to be patient with myself because transforming them took a long time.

I had to forgive myself, so when I did, I felt so much better, so it was a gift that I had this forgiveness. It took like a decade to change my negativity, but it was so great I did an excellent job of it eventually.
