Laurie’s Positive Points: Self Respect

Laurie’s Positive Points: Show up with self-respect.

We must be our best selves every second and remember we are lovable. Self-respect is handy because then we remember to breathe and be mindful. We get to show up with a smiling face that is easy and grateful to be alive.

We can carry a mental booster within so that we remember to breathe and enjoy life instead of suffering.

Self-respect is something we can take and make the time and effort to develop. We are having it; it does not need much time or effort. It can be quick and easy. We must take the first step, be conscious, and watch how we appear.

When we see that we would do much better with an increase in self-respect, all we need to do is take the time and effort to embody it until we find that our self-respect functions all the time and we do not have to develop it further.

Remember, we are the only ones who suffer when we forget to be our best selves; we are the center of our Universes, so we will feel it so much, and we live from a place of self-respect, we will be so much happier and have great ease when we bring our self-respect all the time so be sure to show up consciously because we have the gift of life.

Showing up as our best selves means we breathe deeply and make consciousness our mantra.   Remember, we are lovable. Our living grace is the gift we all have from God, and the resulting state is that we remember to be helpful and kind and bring miracles when we connect with our lovability.

Lovability is our connection with the truth that we are innocent and that separation never happened. It is all we need to be our best selves.

All Love,
