Lesson 359: “What am I?” “God’s answer is some form of peace. All pain is healed, all misery replaced with joy, all prison doors are opened. All the sin is understood as merely a mistake.”
I love that the Course can be understood to be so entirely simple and straightforward.
If what we see is fear, we replace this with love in the form of a miracle or some gesture of forgiveness.
The only thing we need to remember from the Course’s 1300 pages of notations, we either see a form of peace or we bring one.
The end result must be that we add love to the situation.
Any situation that appears to be a call for love is simply a push for us within to listen.
We need recognize that we need to come and bring love to heal any situation that appears to be a lack of love.
We don’t have to do anything else or bring any specific plans so that we have some set path about what steps to take to heal the situation.
We just need to bring love. We are not asked to come with the details of what that looks like if we have no idea in the moment.
Just listen to the voice within that we all have, in the form of the Holy Spirit, and allow ourselves to listen tot His direction.
And, trust we will be guided to do exactly what steps are needed to happen for us to do when we bring the miracle.
We just need to trust that God knows exactly what is meant to happen so we can get out of the ego’s lust for control to try to make things look a certain way.
I just love that we can completely trust that God is always going to look like peace when we bring God to the situation through love or forgiveness.
I love that this is as simple as it comes.
Just two choices- whether we want peace or strife.
Just allow this to be as simple as it is. And enjoy how it easy it is to identify God in the world.
If we see a situation that may appear to have the details of a nightmare, we are asked to bring God’s Will and purpose in the form of peace.
We heal any situation when we bring light in the form of the miracle.
We can always recognize God’s presence in the situations we are trying to decipher whether we need to bring love, because it is light and fun and sweet.
