Laurie’s Positive Points: Elevating our victimization

The world is our playground.  We very frequently make the world and all that happens there about our own personal victimization.

We thrive on feeling self pity and go to lengths to wallow in our excessive, self absorbed unhappiness over our own troubles.

Our egos identify as the loser who never wins at anything.

The ego is that compelling force within us that is drawn to this low energetic level of feeling victimized, and is always sucking us dry, and draining our very life’s blood.

It is ridiculously easy to go to the greatest extents of believing that all happening out there is our own personal torture chamber.

Our egos love to make this totally personal.

We decide that we are the only ones who suffer out there, because we decide that all the misfortune is our own burden to carry.

We love to listen constantly to our own personal sob story.  We can’t get enough of it.

This is something we can stop when we are just willing to be conscious along the way.

That consciousness is just that opening of our minds and hearts, and our capacity to do something else except relive repeatedly those moments of being a victim.

This is always our choice.

We can step up to the situation and engage above the battleground.

We can be energetically over that same old story line.

We just have to be willing to make some move that is different than that old poverty consciousness we feel that we are victims of every situation.

We are simply asked to do something else.

We need to see something else in our perception, and then, respond differently.

We change our thoughts, words and deeds, and we behave with God.

This is the answer to our sense of victimization.  We can show up and be willing to be the miracle, when we do it with God.

We just need to give God permission to solve our problems.

This is certainly the key.

If we don’t invite God specifically, the victimization habits continue indefinitely.

When the ego tries to solve its own problems, then the situation always ends up with more of the same.

Therefore, we must be open to giving God everything for resolution.

We need to invite God’s help.

When we start to do our emotional processing with God, then, we don’t continue in the realm of victimization.

Rather, we elevate our selves to God’s perfect answers of forgiveness and love.  Forgiveness and love elevate our minds out of those old familiar traps of murderous claim to our own victimization.

All love,
